Had appointments that gave me a reminder the night before only to arrive at dealership that had closed for the day due to weather,can understand if it happened on a weekday but this snow storm came in on a Friday and my appointment was a monday,should have been informed about closing before Monday along with the reminder of said appointment on Sunday night
