Excellent. Car was finished before appointment time since I dropped off night before. When making appt, lady said first time for oil change was over a week later. When I hesitantly accepted and told her I’d drop car off night before, all of a sudden it was next business day! She should ask that question up front instead of giving time so far out automatically.
