The only reason I didn't give an "Excellent" response to question 1 is because there were oil smudges on inside of driver's door (can email picture if you like). Fortunately, the surface there is vinyl and not cloth so clean-up was fairly easy. I noted this on post card from service department which has already been mailed. Other than this, everything about the experience was very positive: Service advisor was courteous and professional; wait time for service was reasonable; and waiting area was very comfortable and snacks were a nice touch. I plan to return for future service needs.
