When I called, I was immediately connected to Billy O'Connor in the service department. This was not the case when I had previously called another dealership closer to me; no one ever answered. I told Billy about the warning emails and check service light, and he quickly recommended getting my car towed in. He called me later that day to tell me what my car needed, but unfortunately, the part was out of stock, and he had no courtesy cars available. No worries, I had arranged a ride to work the next day. A few minutes later, he called back, asked if I could get there by 6, he had a car for me to use. Of course I made it there. It took a week to get the part in, but when he called the next Monday afternoon, I was relieved. I drove to Greensboro early the next morning to get my car and return the courtesy car, because I knew that there was probably someone else who needed it. Thankfully, my repair was covered under warranty, so that made the whole situation that much easier. I bought my car at Bill Black Chevrolet because they had the model I wanted, and even though it is a bit of a ride, I know that Bill Black Chevrolet has my back when it comes to servicing my vehicle.
