On arrival at the dealership, I was greeted in the service lane by Ben Vance the manager and Tim Isley my service advisor. Both were very attentive and courteous in getting me checked in and answering the questions that I had about having my window's motor replaced. Both were genuinely concerned with the issue that I was experiencing and with getting me the resolution to the problem. Tim stayed in contact with me during the day to let me know what progress had been made and the time that it was going to take to get the problem resolved. Tim did a great job in keeping me informed about what was being repaired and that my Tahoe would be ready about 6pm (closing). I had Tim to process the final paperwork and told him that I would be able to pick up my vehicle the following day on Saturday. He did a great job during the whole process and made the repair work a smooth process. Thanks both to Ben and Tim for making my experience so user - friendly!
