So glad you asked. I went to bill Black Chevrolet on Thursday after a horrendous experience Tuesday at modern Chevrolet in Burlington. At modern, I had made a 9 am appointment for Tuesday. It took me a week to get the appointment. I dropped the car off. No word from them by lunch so I called them at one thirty. I was transferred to the service department three times and still no one answered the phone. Finally I just went over there at four o���clock. The car was still where I parked it. I was told no one had looked at it and no one would be able to look at it that day. I was not told why the car wasn���t serviced. It���s still a mystery to me but it must not be a rare occurrence because two people wrote google reviews describing the same experience. In contrast, the lady who scheduled my appointment at bill black was very helpful and gave me an appointment only two days later. Brandon checked me in quickly and got me a shuttle ride home with Antonio (who was very pleasant). Brandon kept me updated on my vehicle���s progress throughout the day. Seth discovered the source of a noise I had been hearing for months and which no other garage had been able to find. I get it fixed next week when the parts come in. I had a great experience at bill black. The visit restored my faith in Chevrolet service departments. My sincere thanks.
