My service advisor was very helpful (Brady)... he took the time to figure out what my vehicle needed and saw to it that the work was completed on time. While the work was being done, he made sure that i was aware of the problem and what needed to be done to correct the issue. My vehicle was completed when promised, and the repairs were made correctly the first time. Thank you for another job well done! Bill Black's service department always goes the extra mile to exceed the needs of its customers!
