Have a problem with the sound being too loud... Eddie tried to fix , but said it was do to the aftermarket nav system installed by our sales person prior to our picking up the car. Eddie Suggested we take it to the installer "NAV-Video" . Brian there, worked on it for a while. said it had something to do with the factory installed Amplifier ????. Still very loud. i like your sevice dept, but your body shop needs to make sure when your car has been fixed that there is no paint dust left on your car and on your car wheels.my experience with them was not good,i came over a week ago to pick my car up and had dust paint all over the hood this was on a Monday, had too bring it back on a Tuesday this is when your manger came out and tried to remove it and did not but when i got home it was scracthed up by him and had to call to tell him,then on a Wed iam right back over there again this time they tried to buff it out and it was still there,now all this happen to me in one week using up gas and putting miles on my car from Winston-Salem which is 22 miles,then the next week i had to bring it back so it could be painted over and this time they left something on my windshield and the inside of my SRX had dust on my seats and door on the driver side.Time and money in gas all be because someone did not check after thier work on my car Read More >>
